Upload dates are the publish dates YouTube lists for each video, in US Pacific time. View counts change constantly, so treat each number as a snapshot taken on October 30, 2026. Every video in the table is listed under the official BLACKPINK channel (YouTube channel).

Seven videos past one billion

Seven of the 14 videos have more than one billion views each: DDU-DU DDU-DU, Kill This Love, BOOMBAYAH, AS IF IT’S YOUR LAST, How You Like That, Pink Venom and Ice Cream (DDU-DU DDU-DU; Kill This Love; BOOMBAYAH; AS IF IT’S YOUR LAST; How You Like That; Pink Venom; Ice Cream).

Two more are close. PLAYING WITH FIRE had 980,195,681 views (YouTube), and WHISTLE had 970,751,130 (YouTube). Each needs fewer than 30 million more views to reach one billion.

Together, the 14 videos had 16,210,230,252 views on the day we checked. That total is the sum of the counts in the table.

What the ranking shows

The two most-viewed videos come from 2018 and 2019. DDU-DU DDU-DU, uploaded in June 2018, leads with more than 2.41 billion views (YouTube). Kill This Love followed in April 2019 and has more than 2.24 billion (YouTube). They are the only two videos in the table above two billion.

The debut videos are still climbing. BOOMBAYAH and WHISTLE were both uploaded on August 8, 2016 (BOOMBAYAH; WHISTLE). BOOMBAYAH ranks third overall. We checked it on two days in a row. It had 1,904,423,807 views on October 29 and 1,904,566,722 on October 30, a gain of 142,915 between checks (YouTube).

Pairs released together finished far apart. PLAYING WITH FIRE and STAY were uploaded on the same day, October 31, 2016 (PLAYING WITH FIRE; STAY). PLAYING WITH FIRE is now near one billion, while STAY has about 387 million. The 2020 releases show a similar gap. How You Like That (June) and Ice Cream (August) both passed one billion, but Lovesick Girls (October) is at about 871 million (How You Like That; Ice Cream; Lovesick Girls).

The newest videos are early in their run. JUMP, uploaded in July 2025, has more than 444 million views (YouTube). GO, uploaded in February 2026, has about 99 million (YouTube). Both are much younger than the rest of the list, so their positions say little yet about where they will end up.

Views by upload year

Upload year Music videos Combined views (Oct 30, 2026)
2016 4 4,242,052,936
2017 1 1,546,710,483
2018 1 2,417,124,501
2019 1 2,249,280,566
2020 3 3,270,510,254
2022 2 1,940,949,092
2025 1 444,221,254
2026 1 99,381,166

Each row adds up the counts from the ranking table above, grouped by the upload year YouTube lists.

The four 2016 videos have the largest combined total, at more than 4.2 billion views. BOOMBAYAH alone accounts for 1.9 billion of that (YouTube). The three 2020 videos are second with about 3.27 billion. That year produced three videos, more than any year except 2016, and two of the three are over one billion (How You Like That; Ice Cream).

Looked at one video at a time, the gap closes. The single 2018 video, DDU-DU DDU-DU, has more views on its own than any other video in the table (YouTube). The 2016 group needed four videos to pass it.

No group music videos from 2021, 2023 or 2024 appear in the table, so those years have no row.

The channel behind the numbers

The official BLACKPINK channel showed 102 million subscribers when we checked (YouTube channel). The channel has also posted a video marking 100 million subscribers (YouTube channel).

How we built this list

  • We opened each music video’s YouTube page and recorded the view count and publish date shown there on October 30, 2026.
  • We included only official music videos (titles marked “M/V”) uploaded to the BLACKPINK channel. Teasers, behind-the-scenes clips, live performances, audio uploads and dance practice videos are not included.
  • Solo releases by the members and Japanese-version music videos are not included.
  • The 14 videos are the group music videos we found and checked on the channel. A music video we missed would not appear in the ranking.
  • Soompi reported the BOOMBAYAH milestone (Soompi). Every figure in this article comes from YouTube itself.
